Probabilistic Modeling on Moduli Spaces

We will explore likelihood based models and distributions on geometric and
topological spaces. Examples include distributions on
polytopes, distributions on stratified spaces, distributions
on trees, and geometric manifolds such as the Grassmannian.
We will also explore placing distributions on objects such as
persistence diagrams. We will look both at specific examples
such as modeling mixtures of subspaces as well as more
abstract and theoretical models.
