SAMSI offers a variety of seminars and colloquia, which the public are encouraged to attend.

Seminar for Postdoctoral Fellows

Each Wednesday afternoon during the academic year, 1:30-2:30 p.m., in room 150, SAMSI Postdoctoral Fellows gather to present talks based on their recent research interests and to hear seasoned professionals speaking on professional development topics.

SAMSI Colloquia

The SAMSI Colloquia series provides on opportunity for members of the SAMSI community and leading scholars in SAMSI research programs to present lectures on their current research. The public is encouraged to attend. Each lecture is generally followed by a short gathering with refreshments to encourage further discussion.

Other Seminars and Lectures

SAMSI periodically presents lectures on selected topics of interest to a wide community and that lie outside the areas of SAMSI's current Research Programs.
