Unfurnished 1 BR homes (850 sq. ft.): SAMSI rate starts at $765. Normal rate is $850.
2 BR homes (1,040 sq. ft.): SAMSI rate starts at $889. Normal rate is $965.
2 BR homes (1,100 sq. ft.): SAMSI rate starts at $935. Normal rate is $1,000.
These rates are good with a 9-12 month lease.
All 6-8 month leases will be at the normal rate.

Evergreen is offering SAMSI people a $300 credit.

Be sure to tell the Evergreen staff that you are part of SAMSI and they will waive the application and administrative fee. They will also waive your deposit unless there is a credit issue upon applying.
