Undergraduate Workshop Prep Meeting Schedule
TWO ANNOUNCEMENTS (March 7, 2008): 1) Spring Break period continues next week with Duke and UNC on break. Therefore, the Grad Student-Postdoc Seminar will resume thefollowing week, with a revised schedule. 2) One thing does NOT stop for Spring Break: SAMSI Annual Report is coming due - that means that I need your contributions to assemble before the end of the month. From ALL the Postdocs (SAMSI Fellows and Associates) and ALL the Grad Students, I need your updated Research Plans by Monday 24 March - use the template from the postdoc web site (exactly the same as before) please send a copy to your SAMSI mentor as well (the mentors need to comment on your accomplishments - so they need thisinformation). Be sure to include papers that are in preparation (even a fairly early stage) so that we will know to follow up on their progress. From ALL the Postdocs and ALL the Grad Students please include - as a separate paragraph at the beginning - your plans for next year (or the options you are currently holding if you have not reached a decision). From ALL the Postdocs, please complete the postdoc questionnaire and send that to me as well. |
