The Transition Workshop for the SAMSI Program on Random Media will be held on May 1-2, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel in Research Triangle Park, NC. The goals of this workshop are to:

Present results generated by this SAMSI program to the applied mathematics, statistics and engineering communities.
Formulate follow-up plans for this SAMSI program to continue research and education in this interdisciplinary area.
