1) All members will register online to participate in a working group.
2) Leaders/WebMasters will receive a list of working group members weekly/bi-weekly for the first month. (This is the best record of group membership)
3) Accepting a person requires adding their contact information to whatever platform is being used to communicate to the group.
4) If someone is not appropriate to the mission of the group, please contact that person directly and copy Sue McDonald (firstname.lastname@example.org)
5) After the first month, new applicants must contact Sue McDonald (email@example.com) directly and the information will be forwarded to the Leaders/WebMasters.
