The Transition Workshop serves as the final programmed activity for the 2014-15 SAMSI program on Mathematical and Statistical Ecology. At this workshop, the working groups that have been meeting throughout the program will make presentations and discuss their plans for the future. Presentations are expected from the following working groups:

  1. Network Models: Organizers Jay Verhoef, Mevin Hooten, Lou Gross, webmaster Kimberly Kaufeld
  2. Ecology of Infectious Diseases: Organizers Alun Lloyd, Jennifer Hoeting, webmaster Daniel Taylor-Rodriguez
  3. Multivariate Models: Organizers Jim Clark, Alan Gelfand, webmaster Kimberly Kaufeld
  4. Tipping Points: Organizers Lou Gross, Phil Dixon, Ron McRoberts, webmaster Christopher Strickland
  5. Physical Ecology: Organizers Laura Miller, David Adalsteinsson, Lea Jenkins, webmaster Christopher Strickland
  6. Marine Ecology: Organizers Chris Jones, Ed Boone, webmaster Daniel Taylor-Rodriguez
