To apply to attend the workshop, please fill out the form below, and then click the SUBMIT APPLICATION button. All items are required. Following submission, a confirmation of your application will be displayed: print a copy for your records.

One letter of reference is also required. Please have the letter sent to [email protected]. General questions can also be addressed to this e-mail.

Applications received by Friday, May 22, 2009, will receive full consideration, although later applications will be considered if space is available. Successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance shortly after May 22.

Upon acceptance for the program, individuals must confirm by email within three days their intention to participate (otherwise their place will be given to another applicant). Accepted participants will be advised regarding airfares and will need to purchase plane tickets with a three-week advance fare.
